A full injector rebuild — not just a clean. We strip the injector, replace worn internal components including the nozzle, solenoid and control valve where required, then calibrate and bench-test to OEM specification.
Using our Beacon Common Rail Injector Test Bench, every injector is put through a rigorous 6-stage process to identify exactly what's wrong — and what isn't.
We check for external damage, carbon deposits and corrosion, then measure solenoid resistance to catch electrical faults before the bench test begins.
The bench simulates real-world rail pressure and measures the exact volume of fuel injected at idle, part-load and full-load RPM. Any deviation from OEM spec is flagged.
Measures how much fuel returns via the leak-off circuit. High back-leak is a clear indicator of internal wear on the nozzle seat or solenoid control valve.
The nozzle spray geometry is checked to confirm correct atomisation. A distorted or streaming spray results in poor combustion, smoke and carbon build-up.
Modern common rail injectors fire a tiny pre-injection before the main event to smooth combustion. We verify the pilot quantity and timing are within specification.
The injector is pressurised and held to verify the needle valve seals correctly at rest. Any internal leakage under static pressure reveals nozzle or valve seat failure.
